Cheap accommodations

My cousins are coming over and would like to stay at a place for that costs less than 1000 pesos near tandang sora. Any recommendations? Has to be clean and have aircon as my 10 year old niece will be with them. Thanks.

    hi, jane! there's a hotel near cubao run by seven suites/cravings group, city escape ata. is cheap about 1.2k per night for the big room.
