Looks like Puyehue is the best entrance to Argentina. Is it possible to drive on into Argentina and Bariloche from there?
Yes it is perfectly possible. There are several bus lines which do the route. If you are renting a car you will need special papers to cross the border and not all companies will do a cross border rental.
