HOTEL MONTOYA vs. VILLA DE MAR

we have two hotels we're trying to decide between - hotel montoya (not the esturion) and villa de mar. we can't find any feedback about these two hotels. we know both are in la barra. we're just wondering if anyone has stayed there or know of either place. thank you!
