Hu Guys,I am currently in Mexico City and this is my second time to travel in Mexico City. I love to buy a replica of Galleon or either Sta Maria or the Pinta.. Anyone that knows the place to buy? I tried in the internet and unable to find one. I know there is a boat replica industry in Mexico
we are leaving Chichen Itza to drive to Rio lagartos on new years day. Would it be correct to assume that everyone will be at home and all the shops and restaurants will be closed? At what time will things start to open? Will the cenotes in and around town be open? Have I picked the worst day of the year to visit?
I bought two rings at a store owned by an Argentinian woman. She also designed the clothing.Any ideas as to what it might be called. She had a small boutique near the city center
Hi everyone, my husband and I are travelling to Mazatlan in March. We have been there before but stayed pretty much around the Malacon and Muchado with one or two days on Stone Island. This time we would like to be a little more adventurous so would love some input on what we should see. We are also interested in travelling around the area may 1-3 hours away from Mazatlan (providing we can get there with public transport). We will be grateful for any input.
Thanks in advance

Couple 55-65 couple looking for a city on Cancun Coastal - Beach - Less Tourists - Walk to Pubs and Restaurants - Local Mexican Flavor - Not a party place
Can anyone tell me what I SHOULD pay for a ~3.5 mile ride from Sunrock Hotel & Residences to central downtown Cabo. Sunrock is between the highway & the beach(by the hospital) and just past Home Depot(and before Costco). Do buses come out this way?
We have been to Cancun many times. We usually stay off the beaten path where we can mix with the locals. We find that to be much more enjoyable. We like to be able to walk to nearby restaurants, markets and beaches. We are also budget minded travelers. Our requirements for hotel room is a clean room with a comfortable bed, air conditioning and private bath. All that being said, can someone recommend a place to stay for 8 or 10 days in March of 2014? Thanks in advance for the information.
I wondered if airline tickets are available cheaper when purchasing in Oaxaca than let's say on Aeromexico's website? I want to fly from Oaxaca to Los Mochis on December 2 and don't know if the prices will keep rising as the date approaches or are there steady ticket prices to be had at local agencies in Oaxaca? Thanks, JQ
Hi, y'all. I am alone going to Mexico city for 2 weeks, and how much money I should plan? I'm a student, and my budget is limit, but after booking my flight tickets and hotels, I still have 500 USD, whether it's enough to cover my daily needs（like eating, shopping, and transporting). And，does 'Visa debit card' work there? Is any place to exchange some Pesos when I arrive at airport of Mexico city? And how cold is Mexico city in january?
My wife, 18yr son and I are planning a trip to Punta Mita in June and I am wondering if I should buy/exchange US Dollars for Pesos before I get to Mexico?
Also, is there safe activities for a teenage boy to do by himself without getting in to trouble?! We will be staying at the Fairmont Rancho Banderas Vacation Villas.
I am trying to remember the name of a beautiful wide sandy beach maybe 30 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta. I think it is the first beach you come to on the main road after you leave Manzanilla heading toward Punta Mita. It is very near the road and there is a a nice outlook from the road overlooking the beach. There is a small free parking area with some concession stands on the beach. It is very common with local families and crowded on the weekends, the sunset is beautiful. According to a map I found it is north of Las Cargadas. Attached are links to a Nayarit map with an arrow pointing to the beach and another with an actual picture from the beach.
I seem to remember but I'm not positive, maybe confusing it with somewhere else, but I think there may be an archway entering into the parking area and the name is on the arch. But I'm not sure.
Anyone know the name?
Who did you deal with at La Punta? We are going there in November and a. have been assured that our 5 year old is not a problem and b. have heard amazing reviews from other people we know who stayed there. Which unit were you in? How did the thefts occur?
