I am a NRI and am contemplating purchasing a flat in Magarpatta city. I have never been to pune but go annually to Mumbai / Goa etc. We are thinking of settling in Pune in few years time. The question is this , what are the prospect of renting the apartment whilst we live outside. also are there any good agencies, or MNC who can lease this out. if there is any other in fo then i will be obliged , SAM
