Is it possible to go to Wakai from Gorontalo by ferry with motorbike and from there to Ampana or an other cityin the south? If it is what price? If not wich is the nearest city to Ampana I can reach from Gorontalo by ferry with motorbike?

Definitely possible to go from Gorontalo to Wakai and you can take the motorbike - although you won't be using the motorbike much on the Togeans. You can then go from Wakai to Amplana on the ferry.
I haven't been to the Togeans for a few years so can't help with the costs but they are public ferries so quite cheap.
Note that the loading and unloading of motorbikes in Wakai looked very awkward when I was there. A very steep decline from the ferry to the pier.
Have a great trip - the Togeans are fantastic especially if you go to one of the smaller, less touristed islands.
