hi can anyone recommend a good dive centre in Pangkor to get my PADI Openwater please? And do you know if its possible to take the written part in London first? thanks!
I did all of my classroom and pool work before leaving the US for Australia where I planned to dive. The final test was the open water test from a beach. The water was freezing and muddy. I asked if I could have whatever paperwork they could provide showing that I completed everything except the open water dive so I could become certified at a PADI location in Australia. Did my three dives in warm, clear water on the Great Barrier Reef. No need for 7mm wetsuit, booties and gloves. It didn't cost very much and as long as you have the documentation from a PADI school in your home country, you can do the open water at any PADI school. Good Luck
