shuttle bus around bintan

first time go to bintan by myself, if i don't use the hotel's shuttle bus cos i must pay US$11/person not for free. from bandar bentan ,hav a local shuttle bus run around the island or go anywhere and can u give a detail for me ?(eg.time schedue, price ) thanks a lot for help
