Car rental anywhere in Puglia

Does anyone know of a locally owned car rental agency in Lecce, Alberobello, Bari, Brindisi.......? The usual suspects, Avis, Hertz, Kemwel, AutoEurope, Alamo offer rates with insurance inclusive with deductible. I buy a50,000 policy when I purchase trip insurance so would prefer not to buy insurance at pickup. Or is70-80 per day for the smallest car a good rate?
