It looks like we need to look for wifi hotspots in PV, because the hotel we are staying charges an high-fees for using their internet connection. Is there any cafe or location where we can get free wifi? Thanks! Strad

Sea Monkey also has wifi. I heard that the entire Malecon had wifi now that it was redone but I haven't had a chance to test this for myself. More often than not, restaurants/bars have it, all you have to do is ask and they'll give you the info you need.
