Me and my husband are visiting Puerto Rico for the first time. I would like to know the best places or must seen beaches,museums,restaurants etc. in Puerto Rico. We are going in last week of April for 3 nights and 4 days. Your suggestion would be highly appreciated.

You might make your base in San Juan then having a 2D1N excursion to Ponce, "the Pearl of the South", stopping on the way - but in a weekend day, when the place gets crowded - in the mountains at Guavate. You will have to rent a car. The drive is Ok.
In San Juan, my choice for staying is in the Old Town or, if you instead prefer staying by the beach, Ocean Park.
