With a limited time to enjoy PP (3d2n), which places do you think we should not miss considering we have an 8 year old child traveling with us? Would appreciate if you can also suggest Hotels that is really affordable. Thanks
Iwahig penal colony, and perhaps a snack and swim at Balsahan inside the colony. The new eco park at Irawan where your son can enjoy ziplining and Bakers hill for a good view of the surrounding area and lovely gardens. A day out in Honda Bay island hopping. There is a wide choice of accommodation with many new places opening up each year , perhaps you should consider one near Rizal Avenue where all the good restaurants are situated. Badjao hotel is around 1200 peso a night and has a small but good restaurant. 1 km from airport. Check out my Puerto pages for other ideas.

Don't forget the Underground River, voted as one of the new seven wonders of nature. You should contact a travel agent now to fix your permits (should at least be a month in advance, depending on the season). The tour costs P1500 per person. Hope this helps. Enjoy!
