The trip from the Argentine side to the National Park on the Brazilian side is quite a round about way due to the location of the bridge, so the taxi fare may be a lot higher than you are anticipating. It is about 25 km from the park on the Argentine side to the park on the Brazilian side. There are buses that make this trip too.
Except for those staying at the one hotel in the park on the Brazilian side, there really isn't anything in terms of luggage storage.
If you are leaving from the airport on the Brazilian side, you might try to see if they will let you check it early. The airport is on the road to the national park, so you go right by it.
