HEY!! My Buddies and I are moving to Puerto Econdido por la playa Carizalillo. Of course, were going to surf, the crazy thing is that none of us have surfed before. So my question is Should we buy the boards up here in Utah or should we buy them down there and what type of board do you surfers suggest? Thanks.
Ooph - never having surfed before and you're heading to one of the top 3 surfing places in the world!!!! Good luck.....-:) those rips are someat else. I would have thought it would make sense to buy in PE. Why lug them round with you when you can get them there? Especially as its your first time. PE is a great place by the way - laid back but buzzy. Enjoy! Keith

i was there a week ago and there were lot´s of places to stay. the financial crisis has hit mexico too so they go less... more
