I am headed to the Ecuador in June next year and already have booked a 10 day dive trip and a stay in a rainforest lodge. Before we get our dive boat we are spending a couple of days in San Cristobal just to chill after the journey. We would however like to get out and about on the island for some of the time on either day or half day trips, particularly to see some of the wildlife. Can anyone advise on who provides such a service and ideally also what are the places that one would want to visit?

We are planning to be in Puerto Ayora at the end of March with a 1-0 1/2 year old. One of the possible places to stay has no reviews, and we are not sure of the distance from town. The web says 8-10 minute walk, but it appears farther on map. Any feed back on our possible choices - Casa Natura, Red Booby,Mainao, or Semilla Verde.
