Can anyone advise me about the best way to go to Puebla from Guanajuato? Should I fly? Take the bus to Mexico City and then onto Puebla? Does ENT go to Puebla from Leon? GTO? Gracias, Nancybelle
not sure about flights but i remember buses from mexico city to puebla where very regular and only took about 3-4 hours. was perfectly comfortable in middle class for such a short journey. hope that helps

Fly should be very expensive, you best option is to Travel to Mexico city 5 hrs and then transbord to Puebla, my recommendations are ETN Bus line from Guanajuato to Mexico and then "Estrella Roja" bus line to Puebla, make sure to ask for "4 Poniente station" is better located in Puebla, the travel time from Mexico to Puebla is just 2 hrs. ETN arrive in Mexico city to Terminal del Norte and in the same BUS station you can take the BUS to Puebla, no need to move to anther bus station.
