I am traveling to Patagonia, including to El Calafarte, with my young toddler son (15 month old by then). I am considering doing the Hielo y Aventura's Minitrekking, carrying him in a backpack carrier. Is this realistic? How easy is it to walk on the ice? Are you stable enough?
