Hi guys, Does any one know for sure of any reliable public transport or private operator that travels this route - we are volunteering in kwazulu natal, then mozambique in jan / feb '12 and can find travel for all other legs of the journey, but nothing for this leg - we need it cheap and reliable in rainy season...happy to go on boat / bus/ you name it...any e-mail adds / tel no's would be most appreciated god bless, big hugs, rena and neal
Thanks loads Mozman - you're doing Mozambique a great service - gives us much more confidence to travel thru rather than just fly in / fly out... A couple more questions, if you have time - do you have any contact details for the 2 places to stay that you mentioned in palma and quionga? my map doesn't show quionga - where is it in relation to palma, and finally, is there still a nasty man on the ferry that tries to extort people for loads more than the normal fare? or did he fall in the river yet?
