We will be staying in Playa Grande on the beach for 10 days beginning Dec. 6. The house is surrounded by a couple of acres with trees, or so it says. Do any of you who might read this question feel there will be birds and monkeys around that area? Also on the Estuary between Playa Grande and Tamarindo? Thank you for any information.
