Great stops & breakfast spots for Cape Cod?

My fiance & I are driving from New Jersey to Provincetown, and we'll be entering the Cape by sunrise. We would appreciate some great stops & breakfast spots enroute to the end of Rt. 6/6A. Thanks.

Betsey's in Falmouth. They are a retro diner with great, wholesome food and lots of it, for a very modest price. Go early, especially on the weekends, because there is usually a line out the door!
