Hi! I'll be going to Masinloc Power Plant, I just wonder if you can help me? I already inquired with Victory Liner & said that they do have a route to Sta. Cruz, is that the closest city that I can go to? And ifever that is, what is the means of transportation I can take to go to Masinloc Power Plant from there? Thanks in advance!
I think what Victory Liner meant was, they have trips going to Sta. Cruz (from Caloocan, Pasay, Cubao or Olongapo terminals) that will pass the town of Masinloc. I haven't been to the power plant itself, but you can get off at the town proper of Masinloc and ask for directions. Either you hire a jeepney or tricycle. These are the only modes of transpo available.
