a couple of weeks ago, i stayed overnight in a resort in pagbilao. on the way home the following day, we stopped by a simple eatery in candelaria, about 100 meters on the left side from the main road. it serves very good crispy pata. we bought half-cooked pata, which i deep-fried when i got home. problem is i forgot the name of the eatery and how to get there. it must be well-known in candelaria considering that when we were there, the other table was occupied by visitors from san pablo. seems like people seek it out. appreciate any info/guess you can give.
