hello, just wait on the highway for the bus going to manila or go to bus terminal there in cabanatuan... you have to change bus because no direct bus going to pampanga... first option: you go to manila, go down at balintawak market...cross road and wait for bus going to pampanga. second option: you go down to "tabang interchange" and wait for the bus going to pampanga there. u ask the conductor of the bus from cabanatuan if they will allow you to go down at "tabang interchange" some bus didn't allow their passenger to go down there. take care !!!!

you can now take buses from cabanatuan direct to san fernando pampanga or beyond. Partas has buses running the san jose - olongapo route via cabanatuan. Genesis has buses plying the san jose - mariveles route via cabanatuan. Trip intervals seems to be less than 30 mins between buses. The central bus terminal in cabantuan will be your best bet. bong
