Hey Hey everyone! I'm looking for information about the car ferry that runs from Newfoundland to Nova Scotia. I need to know where I can get information like cost, times, dates, etc. I'm going to Nova Scotia in May with a friend and I'm SO excited. I think that this ferry would save us some time. The Ferry that runs from Maine doesn't start up soon enough for us to take that. Thanks for any help! Katie
I googled it and found the website: http://www.marine-atlantic.ca/ which seems to give all the information (schedules, rates, etc.). We are thinking of going in the same timeframe (May-June). Maybe somebody that has already taken the ferry to Newfoundland can tell us if this is the best or only way over. The cost surprised me (one way cost:87 for the car,31 for each person plus sleepers if you want that). Redlats

I seem to have made a mistake! thanks for your reply anyways but I meant the ferry from New Brunswick to Nova Scotia, not the one from Newfoundland... sorry for the inconveinience!! If anyone knows about the ferry from NEW BRUNSWICK I would appreciate it! Thanks again! Katie
