my family has booked a resort in alcoy for 1 night but the problem is we dont know where to get a transportation...is there a car/ van rental you know that wont charge us too much for the trip? we are going early morning around 5 am and we come home the next day at 4pm...your suggestion will be highly appreciated...

Will be travelling to Malapascua end of May in a group of 13 (10 adults, 3 teens). We arrive in Mactan at 8:15 a.m. We will need a vehicle that will accommodate 13 pax + luggage.

We're travelling in May2013 to Cebu - 3 couples with 5 kids ie 11 people (as a replacement to Koh Samui in Thailand, so as to try out a new place where we've been 4 times). The kids are interested in the beach/water - so we're looking to stay at a big villa (apartment?) or something with a pool and go on to the beaches that one has heard about. In the evenings, the adults do want to go to some of the night-spots and see the nightlife there - and not travel for say more than 20-25 mins. So question is - which part of Cebu to stay in? Can we get rental villas on the beach? or should we stay in the city and head daily out to some place from there? Can we hire our own transport (eg scooters/cars in thailand)? Any inputs welcome and much appreciated. Many thanks

We will be having a two-day National Summit on July 2013 in Cebu City. The summit will be attended by 500 people. The first day will be a seminar type and second day is workshop type. Hi, my first post! plan on a month in Cebu city, where can i find a cheap, clean safe room with the use of a pool/gym near the malls and nightlife-ONLY ONE MONTH! I find it impossible to find any 1 month rental online as they all want 6-12 month leases.

hi, me and my girlfriend are in bohol between 30th march and 2nd april. we need to get to cebu airport to catch a flight to boracay. our flight leaves at 14:05 on 2nd april. so we need to book a ferry from bohol to cebu that will get us there atleast 2 hours before our flight. would i be able to book the ferry whilst i'm there, as all the websites i've found i've been unable to book any tickets. any links or information would be much appreciated

Hi. My first visit to Cebu is at the end of February. I have also booked 2 days at Alona beach on Panglao Island. I think I will be able to find enough to interest me during the daytimes, but it's the evenings I may need help with. I like a few drinks and good music, so I'm willing to listen to any ideas. I am not interested in go-go bars or videoke bars etc. but I am interested in going somewhere I can possibly meet females. I'm British but live amongst the Aussies. I have seen the website of a British bar called The Jokers Arms in Mandaue City, has anyone been there? What about Panglao? I'm booked in at the Hayahay resort. Is it central to the evening entertainment or do I need to catch transport to other places? Cheers.

Hi, We are 2 adults + 1 child + 1 baby. Landing on Mactan intl. at midnight on late September 2011. I spent some time looking for a place to stay in Mactan or Cebu, just for 2 nights, before we go on to Bohol. I found some expensive resorts, which I don't like, and some cheap hotels which I don't like either. I am looking for a nice place (clean, and comfort), closed to places we can visit with the kids, Less than 100$ for a room per night, and that we can reach it with a short trip from the airport since we landing at midnight after long travel.
