Looking for a van for hire

Hi, our group of 10 adults and 2 children from Manila are going to Cebu City on the last week of April 2006. Can anyone please suggest contacts of vans for hire that will take us to a half day tour to major tourist attractions? Preferred time is 7AM - 1PM Thanks in advance!
