Airport Taxis

I'll be arriving at Merida airport from Montreal January 2009 late in the evening, my destination Chicxulub. Can I hire a private driver to pick me and take me to my destination, or should I use an airport taxi to do so...What is the cost for this ....Any suggestions much appreciated...

You could take a taxi to Chicxulub for about 400 pesos, I believe. When you exit the Merida airport there is a taxi office there that will help you. A private driver could be arranged for50US. Email me with inquiries.
