Pakistani national wish to fly to Pristina.

I have nationality of Pakistan and would like to fly to Pristina, Kosovo about Jan 23 to Feb 05. We don't mind cool weather, but would not like to see a lot of rain. Also a suggested travel route and what about entry visa?
