It's a Grupo Iberotel Hotel. You can find info on the Iberohotel website; http://www.iberotel.pt/cpr/index.htm Email is reservas.cpr@iberotel.pt They have an English version linked on the homepage, but it doesn't woerk especially well: http://www.iberotel.pt/

There is clearly no need to go through an agency when the contact info for the hotel has already been provided on this thread.
