I have a choice - I'm working in Portsmouth over new year and can either go home on the night 31 Dec and return early 2 Jan or stay put. If I stay in Portsmouth will there be anything to do on New Years Day or would I be better off going home and staying in Portsmouth for a w/e later in Jan?
depends.... i was in Hannover for Paddys weekend this year, but luckily i had Sabsi & a few like -minded workmates to go out on the town while we were there....are you going to be the only person from your work in portsmouth, or will u have some1 with you...cos if you had a colleague with you, i'd say stay in portsmouth and you can go out together, otherwise, i'd say come home.
