hey august 15th is a holiday here in italy, you will find a LOT of VIP's in Portofino on that day... be carefull with the money,, it'll be SUPEREXPENSIVE i have heard one guy from FIAT (Lapo Elkann) had paid 150 euros for a cocktail there..) hahaah well, Portofino is beautiful, have a stroll on the hills around and just relax lucky u ;) ciao ^__^

Hi, I live in Zoagli a beutiful small village in front of Portofino. If You have time I suggest to visit Seterie Cordani in Zoagli ( about 20 minutes from Portofino) an ancient factory of hand made silk velvet famous in the world (they work for Gucci and other famous italian stylist! You'll find also scarves tie and many many fabric with interesting prices! Have fun!
