Residencial Das Araras Residencial Das Araras Las Palmas Hotel etc. You should expand your search to Arraial D'Ajuda, just across the river, which I think may have more hostels. Also consider Trancoso, which has a couple. You also may have more to choose from if you include inexpensive pousadas.

"Pousadas" are cheaper than hotels and can be a good option for you. There are plenty in Porto Seguro and Arraial D´Ajuda.
