Cattle Farming

I am a student photojournalist visiting from the University of Florida and will be visiting Novo Hamburgo, Brazil from Oct. 4 -12, 2003. I would like to find out some information on cattle farming and possibly do a photo story. Please let me know if there ar e any tours to take or if a farmer would be interested in becoming my subject. Cathy
