Porto restauarant seen on The Amazing Race

I am trying to track down a restaurant seen on Season 3 of the Amazing Race. I believe it is called Retiro dos Carvalhos, but I have been unable to locate any further information. Would anyone know the address and contact info (web or phone) for this restaurant? It was featured in a wine/port delivery task. Many thanks!
