Short stay in Portland

In between flights, we have 4 hours in Portland. Is it possible to take a cab from the airport into town and do some sightseeing and return to the airport? Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks..

    You can take the light rail line to downtown Portland. Ensure you are back at the airport at least one hour thirty minutes prior to your flight.
