Does anyone have any info on the Portland Greengrocer (211 Commercial Street, Portland, Maine)? What do they sell? Is it a specialty store? A deli? A bakery? Thank you!
currently it is a specialty food store. until last year, it had a full fledged deli, bakery, and fresh fruits and vegetables. alas, no longer. best bread in portland is at standard baking company down the street and at sophia's (with odd hours) on market street.
