Itenerary for Portland--3 days--leaving next Tuesday

My husband and I are flying to Portland next week and staying there 3 days. We will then be staying at a B & B in Freeport and attending the Lobster Festival. I've had 5 back surgeries and cannot walk long distances and was wondering about land and bay tours. Which companies would you suggest. Also, what are some reasonable restaurants in the area? What are some sights not to be missed? Are there any side trips out of town that we should consider? We will have a rental car available. We have been to Camden and the Bar Harbor area, but have never been to Portland and are getting really excited and would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you, Nancy

Freeport is a great place for shopping. It is the World Headquarters of LL Bean. There are also many outlet shops there.
