As far as I know there are no cruise ship docks in Port au Prince. Royal Caribbean has a section of the beach near Cap Haitien that is walled off from the rest of Haiti (it is not an island like Holland American and some other lines have in the Bahamas). Passengers are not allowed off the beach, and do not get visas to visit the rest of the island. Haitians except for a few who work on the beach for the cruise lines are not allowed into the fenced off area. There are also cruise ships that call at Samana which is the DR near the Haiti border.
