Restaurants and shops in Porec

Hi. I'm arriving at Porec on this week. I heard that many shops, restoraunts, etc. in Croatia are closed from noon till 4 p.m. Is there some restaurants or bars which are open at this time? And what about shops open at this time (12am-4pm)? Thanks in advance.
