Can anyone tell me if there is a Bus Service from Plovdiv to Chepelare ,if so any idea how long it takes and the approximate cost.

Yes, that's right, there are buses to Smolyan (passing through Chepelare)on every hour from 7am to 7pm except 12pm. 2.bp.blogspot.com/_2EgBCojSS... See the 3-d column at the bottom - Smolyan through Pamporovo (Смолян през Пампорпвп)
