weekend in Plovdiv

In september 08 we (8 men, age mid 30) are visiting Plovdiv for a weekend. We like to go out, but we dont want to be among kids. What can you recommend us? In this weekend we also want to see something of the city and its surroundings. Do you know a good guide who offer a full-day excursion? Thanx! Paul
