building work in playa blanca

We are staying at villa Burgados by the lighthouse in Playa Blanca in July and wondered if anyone new anything about any building work is going on on the spare land beside it?

    Do you mean Playa Blanca in Lazarote? or somewhere else.

    yes, Playa Blanca in Lanzarote. there are lots of new buildings going up in area and we are worried about the spare land beside our villa. we dont want any dust and noise spoiling our hols.
