I have the following queries regarding my trip next week - please help!
- I will be in Nice on sunday and monday. Cours saleya market was only half-a-day on sunday and not open on Monday. I will have around 30-45 mins to spend at this place before close. Will this place at it best being closing time or they would have wind-up everything at the close time.
- I find from map that I may need to travel 1.5 to 2kms between my wish list places few times. Tram is not helping much as google maps shows walk + tram is almost same as walking the distance fully. Being with my daughters aged 10 and 6, I find the planned walking distance too much for a day - if I want to use taxi less than 2km, how much will they charge me - are taxi ranks common.

I am having trouble finding the bus and train times to get back from Arles via Nimes and on to Sommierries in the late evening. Anyone help please? thank you

Hi all, Im travelling to Nice in October for the forth time :-) id like to spend some time outside nice this time and i heard italy is easy enough to travel too. Can ye recommended a city to to travel too/stay for a night? Im also thinking of hiring a car in Nice and heading north / North east? Again, any recommendations of destinations i should travel too? Thanks :-)
I have looked over answers given to 'BeckyR9' on where to visit by public transport in the Arles area. We are hoping to look around Arles in the morning and take public transport into the Camargue, for a walk along the paths through the lagoons, in the afternoon. We have no wish to travel all the way to St Maries de la Mer so can anyone suggest where we should get off the bus enroute? More for the wild life and ambiance of the landscape if that is possible. (a few horses and flamingoes would be a bonus)
I am planning to travel to Nice with intention to visit Canne. I will have around 1 1/2 days. Please suggest how I can split my 1 1/2 days. As I will be flying from London, thinking of renting a car to move around. Is it a good idea? I wanted to travel in 3rd week of August next month. Day 1 - reach in afternoon, Day 2 - full day to spend, Day 3 - flight around 11am.
where in Nice do i get buses to ez and st paul de vence ?
Is there a way to find out the average costs of flights to Nice, France? We are traveling from the US to Nice and I'm wondering how to tell when fares are the best to book. Since I don't know what costs would be considered high it's hard for me to know when to book. We are planning on going June 2016. Prices now are showing around 1300-1500 USD. I'd appreciate any help to find out. Thanks.
