Pisa airport to Siena via bus/coach?

Hi all, Just wondering whether it's possible to get a bus/coach from Pisa airport to Siena? I'm aware of a train which runs there (you have to change at Empoli, so I'm told) but I quite like the idea of going by bus/coach. Has anyone done this? Any comments or help would be appreciated guys!
