Looking for a special restaurant

I have four adult travelers that will be decending on Pisa for only one day. (Unfortuneately only one day). I am looking for suggestions on a special restaurant. Our special adventure will be our meal the night of Dec. 22nd. We will be staying at the Hotel Bonanno. My ideal would be a small quaint, family run, very italian, no chain restaurant, that would be a special time for my friends. (Friend, wife, son (19) and myself) Suggestions please! vtourist friends are also welcome!
