Hi, I'd go there, at least for a quick stop. And I suggest going up San Antonio Hill to enjoy the view. You can go up by car, walk or chairlift. After that I'd go to the east towards San Francisco Beach and Punta Colorada. Piriapolis is an old resort, inspired by the French Riviera and regardless some obviuos differences, quite similar to Nice, specially its promenade. Hope it helps, Rafa
