Official taxi service after hours at Phuket Airport

I'll be arriving at Phuket after midnight and I'd like to know if the OFFICIAL taxi service will be running. This is the taxi station outside the terminal exit to the right. Does anyone know when this stops running and if there are additional fees for late night rides? Thank you!
