Hey, we're arriving at 1.30am at Phuket international airport, we already have our ideal hotel booked for the majority of our stay but they don't allow you to check in after 6pm, does anybody know of a motel or hostel we can check into for our first night, around the airport or Karon Beach area? Thanks in advance.
If you are arriving at 1:30am simply advice the hotel that you will be having a "late check-in". That of course means you will be paying for the previous night but it might very well be worth it. Regards, Homer

Motels hardly exist in TH-those that look like that are mostly ''paybythehour'' shortitme rendezvous places-tipicalle they have also heavy curtains for the parking lots. Any HTL will allow later check-in-but if you do not prepay, then they MAY give the room to someone else if it is all full around and someone happens to come in. These rules apply to about anywhere in this world. if your schedule is running late-then call them to tell you are a bit later.
