Patong Gym & Swimming Pool

Dear all will be staying in phuket one month and just rented an apartment in Phuket Tower. There is any place around Patong where I can use outdoor swimming pool paying for a fee to enter(or maybe if they have also gym also better)? Please let me know many thanks
