Re-booking plane ticket

Hi. Just want to know how will i rebook my thai airways plane ticket back to the philippines. Ive never done it before. I have a return flight on october. my ticket says its valid until december. id like to rebook it to december. should i call the airlines? my travel agent is in the philippines. i was hoping i can rebook it myself. im in phuket right now. thanks in advance!

    Just call the airline or go into any travel agent. Regards John
